Hours for FY '21 #9

@wetlandsDiane, for the purpose of budgeting, approximately how many hours are meant for web services in FY '21 for this project? Grant's USGS project is asking for hundreds of hours and I want to make sure you get the amount of time you need for this project as well.

from Diane: ...you are written into a couple of my other grants, UW18 and UW19, to the tune of 300 hours for you (but probably hours for you, Jay, and Martha). This work will entail adding some additional layers to the existing wetland map and potentially developing something similar to this https://cnhp.colostate.edu/cwic/tools/summaries/?GeoScaleID=1). I know I need to talk with you more about this work and see if it will even be feasible next year, but I have been spread pretty thin right now training interns, finishing out grants, and getting ready for field work next week.
