State Machine Analysis #13

@fankaisong @Jordan-M-Bowman @meakdogan are working on drawing the state machine diagram for the swarmathon robots, based on the codes from UNM.

While some of us do have a cursory knowledge of the state machine in the robot, it's always good to have a general diagram of the state machine to refer back to, and will help us tremendously while programming the robot.
