Color picker in light popup jitters erratically after interaction #1308

When I open the light popup of a lamp and select a new color, the selection picker moves erratically on mouse move or additional clicks. I'm experiencing this a few weeks by now and can't pinpoint a exact when.

I checked my logs and browser console but no errors were thrown. Only if I refresh my browser it stops. Same behaviour inside the Home Assistant Mobile App.

It looks like on my desktop pc it takes the whole screen to adjust the color picker position, even after I click inside the color picker.

I have this issue as well, it happens all the time for me when I try to use the colorwheel in the popup.
