Graphs not showing ticks on every value #172

Some graphs do not show all of the tick values on the x-axis, and when I try to specify the number of ticks with "ticks": 10 for example, this does not work. An example is 02_0020.json:

also tried "tick": {"count":10} but this still didn't work , this example is 1_0040.json in what is college/institutions: screen shot 2016-12-21 at 11 22 59 am

As mentioned in #153 , I'm working on x axis ticks for line charts, so hold off on worrying about this for me

In fact, this is a duplicate of #153, so I'm closing this one
