Small multiples do not cover entire width in mobile #216

For widths below 480, small multiples are stacked on top of each other but don't cover the entire width of the page. On the contrary, multiples that are coded to be wide cover the entire width:

Example of width multiples is Financial aid/Grant aid: 04_0071.json and 04_0072.json screen shot 2017-02-17 at 10 42 44 am
