use viewport in metatag and viewport relative height/width in body
fix meta tags by removing „self“ closing tag because is a void element
add npm-debug.log file to .gitignore

I'm not sure if style="height:100vh; width:100vw;" on the body should be there as default, so please discuss this internally. Probably it's better the library developer uses something like this from case to case, like I did it now in my lib...
