Allow partial or blended TW calculations, one ship with TW, or two ships with different TW #12

Example 1: a 2000 AU trip to and from a planet with one ship with TW7, will spend 20 hours in TW and 14 not in TW, then 20 hours in TW again.

Example 2: a ship with TW7 and a ship with TW4 will spend 20 hours in TW 7, then spend 9.33 (14/TW factor) hours in TW4, then 20 hours in TW 7 again.

UI: option to select fixed TW (current functionality) or select "blended", with best and second best TW options. Output would indicate with TW's expire and start.
