zlib.vcproj not found?

When I run init_all.cmd, it gives me lots of errors like: 

zlib.vcproj not found...
roFlost.vcproj not found...
eLut.vcproj not found...
joined.vcproj not found...

I'm using Softimage, win 7, 64 bit.

What Softimage plugin are you trying to compile? (and where did you get the 
source from if it wasn't provided directly from the Softimage folks)

This doesn't appear to have been updated in some time, and is not supported 
officially by the Alembic team.

You could try contacting Helgee directly, or the Softimage team to see what 
there plans are for official support.
