Create Email field #237

We could create a base widget "Email field". As we now have a proper 
Utils::EmailValidator, we could just subclass the normal BaseSimpleText and add 
the EmailValidator.

Alternate (and maybe better) approach would be to enable adding validators to 
the form items by tag.
