** UserManager: creator wizard problems
  1. with the identity view there are two login/password editors
  2. when starting app, clicking on create new user does not work (sqlite tested)
  3. In usermanager, segfault after creating a new user with the wizard

** Ui
  1. Script action in modemanager is visible in release mode
  2. In identity editor -> tab order is wrong
  3. When adding multiple package to install, in the download page ui is wrong (title+progress)
  4. When downloading, the progress bar does not cleanly update (sometimes goes to zero)
  5. Start app without ICD10 datapck installed, then install it, create a PMHx -> can not set ICD codes. Restart -> Ok

** Patient
  1. Patient creator wizard does not close when user 'finish' the wizard

** Release mode
  1. Included forms can have a 'test' version

  1. Day availabilities, if one contains one availability, remove it does not remove the day name from the view

This issue was updated by revision ec03c350ce58.

When starting without ICD10 db and then installing the datapack, correctly 
reinitialize the database & the pmhviewer (icd10 button)
