Printing: to PDF looks wrong with Qt5.0 #289

We need to test with Qt4.8

Open FMF, select a patient, go anywhere in patientfile inside a rich 
texteditor. Tape some text, Ctrl+P, click PDF, look at the output.

With Qt5.0 we only have a small part of the upper left corner.

With Qt4.8 PDF output is correct
