FMF must be able to export to the Austrian "Normdatensatz" #315

In Austria, to get certified, a EMR software needs to be able to export/import 
to/from a "Normdatensatz", a generic normalized patient data structure. It's a 
kind of a schema which the software must be able to read from / write to.

Information:

Download of the data structure description as pdf (German):

version currently from 2008

As in Austria HL7 and the electronical health "cloud" ELGA will be started in 
2015, the old "Normdatensatz" is not needed any more and it would be senseless 
to implement it.
