FreeMedForms: network installation when updating #337

When updating a network installation, we should test if the server is already 
configurated and then switch to the client mode instead of the server (if the 
user selected server).
Also, currently, there is a segfault in the usermanager when trying to create 
user db when updating ? This needs a confirmation
