Include Historical Gold Values #24

Recommend including historical prices for Gold up until ticker symbol GLD was
available, then using GLD from Yahoo Finance for recent values.

I agree this is a great idea. However, it may make more sense to allow for any
historical manual prices to be entered by the user. Otherwise, I would have to
account for other funds as well on a one-by-one basis.

I will look into how this can be done, but it will be a change from how the
historical prices are currently saved and loaded.

The best course of action here (I believe) is to import prices through a CSV
file. This way, someone can import historical prices for any symbol. This
will be the first step to solve the Gold issue. If users don't like it, I'll
find another way.

Users will be allowed to import prices, dividends, and splits for any symbol in
version 3.1 due for beta in the next month or so.

Added to v3.1 which is now actually ready for release :)

Only downfall for now is you need daily prices which is a bit more difficult to
put together. To import gold prices, go to Import -> Manually Import Price
Information.
