open-in-browser-and-mark-read set 'unread' status while using on 'read' articles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mark 'read' any article
2. Use 'open-in-browser-and-mark-read' command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Newsbeuter should open article in browser w/o changing status from 'read'.
Status sets to 'unread'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
