Cache lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change url file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The contents of the cache file should be accessible whether or not the url
file is changed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3-5 on Debian unstable

This is a _cache_ after all, so the cleanup that triggers your "loss" of data 
works
as intended. Nevertheless, I added a configuration option "cleanup-on-quit" to 
make
it possible to optionally disable this behaviour. The consequence is that your 
cache
file will grow and not be cleaned up if you regularly use newsbeuter while 
having
this option disabled.

This option will be available in version 0.4.
