html entities in titles are not converted #321

I use newsbeuter with tiny tiny rss, so I'm not sure if the problem comes from 
tt-rss or newsbeuter
Take a feed like the one from LWN.net and check the title of security update 
posts: in newsbeuter it appears as "Friday&#039;s security updates" instead of 
"Friday's security updates".

It's not a top priority bug, but it's really ugly ;)
