Feature request: remove duplicate feed items #44

It sometimes realy needed if feeds have changed items guids or times or else...
But how they'll be determined?
May be comparing item by titles or bodies... Or we'll be can delete stored 
items manualy.
Hmm... may be we need some 'action-on-filter-catch'?

If a feed changes its GUIDs, then it's all the feed's fault. GUIDs are designed 
to be
the mechanisms for detecting duplicate items. Comparing titles or bodies isn't 
any
good, anyway... just imagine a feed who contains more than one items titled 
"quote of
the day". And in my experience, detection of duplicate items works in 
newsbeuter far
better than in some other RSS feedreaders.
