Need way to build XFA branch excluding XFA library features. #150

There will likely be an issue for mobile platforms where the size of the 
additional code is hard to justify in terms of the benefit of the XFA support.

This leaves two options - maintain separate branches forever, or conditionalize 
the build on the XFA branch to stubb out the majority of the XFA library.
