VS2012 Optional Theming #21

This is a nice to have and not a defect.

Currently, in VS 2012, I run the "Dark" theme. As such, it would be nice to 
re-color this extension to match the theme. A blinding white scroll bar is a 
bit "bright".

This is possible in current version (just a bit hidden IMO):
In VS menu go to Options - Environment - Fonts and Colors - Progressive Scroll 
Text
and change Item background to Black.

This issue has been reported several times and each time I have to tell people 
it's already in there.

I'll have a look at adding a note to the options page about this in the next 
release.
