Duplicate "Recent" entries when

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click a song in your Frequent list that is NOT in the Recent list
2. Two entries will appear instead of 1.

See the attached screenshots for a visual example.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the song listed once, but it is listed twice.

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system?
Winamp 5.56 Lite
Win7Shell 1.12
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
While similar to Issue 127 (
http://code.google.com/p/win7shell/issues/detail?id=127 ), since it is
added differently (via Jump List instead of Explorer) I figured I'd make it
a separate issue in case it's a different cause.

Yeah it's the same issue, since it's opened by explorer .. via the jumplist :/

I am not going to fix this, because Windows add it by default, so I can't 
control it, unless I periodically iterate over the recent list and remove the 
duplicates.
