Horizontal Scaling #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Windows 7 Taskbar Thumbnail Customizer
2. Increase the maximum thumbnail size

The display area does not expand horizontally as the thumbnail size increases.

Think this is the same as my post in issue 326.  Am I to understand that you 
actually got the win7shell thumbnail size to increase?  Or do you have the same 
issue with the left-right borders growing while the thumbnail keeps the same 
130px size.

Yes it is the same as 326.

Will look into it, sometimes. I know I made it scale if the thumbnail changes, 
so it seems it's some bug :)
