Workspace update issues for Maps/Prep notebook

Several things need to be updated for Maps week:

• [ ] geopandasdatasets needs to be added to the workspace
• [ ] the geopandas datasets info needs to be added to the prep notebook
• [ ] the specific info about which tile servers to try out needs to be added
