Error when access to my questions bank #5

I can create exercise but when I want to access to the question bank :+1:

Can you precise your problem ? Do you have this error when you want to access to your question's bank form the left menu or from the button into a open exercise ? Are you in prod or dev environment ?

It's from the top menu in the exercise. But I see now tahn it happends only when the bank is empty!
