@Oddvocado Great job with UI enabling/disabling behaviors. This one was intricate, but everything behaves as I would expect and loads with existing data in the correct states. Successful tests:

• [x] Mom/Dad primary dx with on/off states
• [x] Siblings > 0
• [x] Kids > 0
• [x] Sibling primary dx on/off states

• [x] Use guidebook taghelper in instructions
• [x] Some slight copy css finessing like Diagnoses codes reference being left aligned rather than center-aligned
• [x] Some validation styling
• [x] In-progress validation. If year and age at death are provided then primary dx is required when saving as in-progress, is it possible to allow this field to be null if saving in-progress? HINT: Check out the A2 and B8 validation.

This variable is present in the error checks documentation, but not in the paper pdf or the questions and answers documentation. I'm making a note to double check this when NACC releases finalized docs.
