Check back in with the superlinter to address CHECKOV errors #165

Address errors from CHECKOV after reenabling the CHECKOV package

We turned off the CHECKOV checks in order to allow for the superlinter checks to pass. We will want to come back to and address these issues and fix the linter errors that are showing up.
