Make PRs with improvements on the table in the README #2

I've created a table of high level requirements in the README of the repo. The table is intended to act as a guide to remind us of what is important to us in the development process and could be filled out and used as a record of why framework X was preferred over Y, etc.

Would you all mind making suggestions for improvements (I'm sure I've missed some things off the list) either in this issue or in the PR.

Will do :+1: What should the "Option 1" column contain? A list of all the frameworks that broadly satisfy the requirement? The framework that best satisfies it?

Anything that you find useful because we can all use this in different ways to suit our own needs.

It probably makes sense to have at least as many Options columns as frameworks that you're evaluating.
