Display more information in status updates #46

Currently, Maloja shows status updates like [3] vdc update 0007 complete

It would be really useful to display more information, like the name of the VDC, potentially even displaying the tree in string form, such as:

VDC->VAPP->VM VDC->VAPP->Network VDC->Edge

example:

Org 1-1-1-123456->VDC My VDC(PROD-STANDARD-TEST)->VAPP My VAPP->VM My VM
