Added example xml messages #8

Example xml messages are:

  1. an example of the ORPML xml message a regulator would send to the ORP (via the ingestion API)
  2. an example of the ORPML xml message that the ORP would return for the uploaded resource (via the search API)

Fixed a couple of typos and reworked the data-x element attributes in the README examples.
