New Pill style component #171

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Various use cases for a 'pill' component to house content have become necessary.

Describe the solution you'd like Enable a new wrapper styled with rounded edges and able to house content, with CSS styled to DS colours

Describe alternatives you've considered Filter component exists but this could change style / pattern - see image below as one use case

Closed feat: Add Pill component as its a duplicate of Feat: New Pill style component
