Fix storybook auto refresh bug #193

With the recent updates to the storybook and vite packages, there has been an incompatability in the way they are setup and work. Vite will now ignore all files in the "dist" folder by default, which is where all our web components get compiled to when working locally. This meant that storybook would no longer refresh automatically when it detected changes.
