[BUG] The profile menu is 'sticking' #203

Describe the bug When a user signs in the UDU service the menu from the profile opens as default and sticks to the top of the right hand corner

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'UKHO Data Upload'
  2. Click on 'Log in' and login to the service
  3. The dashboard will appear, select submit a survey
  4. As you click through each page of the form the profile menu becomes active at every step

Expected behavior Profile menu only to open when clicked on by a user
