Public domain website - Branding? #141

If the eventual idea for these docs is to be displayed as a public facing website, do we have a sign off saying this doesn't need to be branded and what the domain should be? If this is public it is part of our public image and thus needs to go through that process.

Who owns the domain it's currently sat on a the moment as well? Who's responsible to support this going forward?

Following a review, the publishing to an external HTML site was turned off and the site removed. This issue can therefore be closed.
