Add Test Strategy to Quality Assurance section #49

I don't think it is a good idea to have empty placeholders as these may never be completed. Lets update the strategy as we know more.

Also we don't have any strategy for accessibility so don't see how we can be recommending teams adhere to it. Again, this can be updated when we know more,

I guess the placeholder is so people who read it can see that it is something we have in our mind, perhaps a page showing future aspirations ?

The risk is we add our aspirations and never complete them. Is the backlog a better place for these - they can then be refined and prioritised. I have done this for the Test Tooling page I originally had as a placeholder. Also as part of our DoD is to have documented what we do, this ensures these docs will get updated.

Ok, I will go with it, as you say we have a backlog that shows things we have yet to work on, I will try and make the lead session tomrrow as I have a couple of potential PBI's that I would like to discuss.
