Remove maximum with of paragraph component #564

563 raises the inconsistent width between paragraphs and bullets.

This is because there is a maximum width imposed on paragraphs. This is a proposal to remove the maximum width on paragraphs, as the width should be defined by the containing column.

I added a commit to make the content style guide have a column to contain the width (to two thirds)

@daniel-ac-martin when you get chance, could you review the implementation? The design of not restricting the width of paragraphs approved in today's design system working group.
