Replace the smart survey feedback link with a link to raising an issue in GitHub
What would be the benefit of doing this?
It would be more useful for our user base, and teams managing the site, if feedback is direct into the GitHub issue backlog. It will be visible and addressable more quickly and responses to that feedback can be tracked

Feedback link from banner will direct to intermediary page
Intermediary page will inform user that they can click through to create an issue in GitHub if they are happy to do so, stating that they will need to create a GitHub account in order to raise an issue (and noting that then subject to the GitHub privacy policy)
Alternatively, users can email segas@digital.homeoffice.gov.uk to feedback or start a conversation (this mailbox is visible to the engineering community supporting the engineering guidance and standards)
