Describe the bug As reported in the guild leads' mural (https://app.mural.co/t/ctoengineering3052/m/ctoengineering3052/1706260732165/7f27b0f04cf2d22dc84d685a68cbbc68685b74de?sender=u4822d381b79a76b56c559431) dates are in the format March 1 2024

Go to any principal, standard, or pattern, e.g. https://engineering.homeoffice.gov.uk/standards/developer-testing/
The last updated date is formatted Month Day Year

Expected behavior The date is formatted Day Month Year e.g. 1 March 2024
