[SPIKE] Assert compliance with standards #408

What is the feature or enhancement you are suggesting? SEGAS is looking for ways that projects can assert their compliance with current standards. To support this we should use the existring JSON export to assert compliance for this repository.

What would be the benefit of doing this? Proof of concept for asserting compliance that other projects can follow.
