Cannot submit feedback form

Amend feedback page so that the form can be submitted.

• The form should be sent to us securely, and contain all of the information provided by the user.
• The form should only submit when a valid email address is entered.
• If a valid email address is not included, the user should be presented with an appropriate error message.
• The form should include a caveat that it should not be used for technical support, along with a link to the support process (see issue #22)
