Added a compilation of individual PDFs

I have some remarks:

Autism poster: kontrastierende Farben -> kontrastreiche Farben
Deaf poster: Informationen vorhalten -> Informationen bereitstellen/anbieten
Motoric poster: Informationen zusammenpferchen -> Informationen zusammendrängen (not happy with that one. Maybe worth using a thesaurus here)
