Add debug built-in behaviour #22

Allows a developer to mount a behaviour to output debug information from the request pipeline.

The build is failing here because of reducing test coverage. Since the new behaviour doesn't really actually do anything, I'm inclined to ignore it from coverage stats. Thoughts?
