Load from properties file

Currently we accept the following as parameters when running the program:

• Location of the database
• Discord bot token If the bot token is not supplied, we instead try to get it from a file called loginToken.txt

We should probably have some sort of configuration file instead, as having a long list of parameters can be tedious.

Some things we should have in this configuration file:

• Location of the database
• Discord bot token
• Network URL (so we don't need a new version if our network moves again)

It should also be easily expandable, should we want to add more options in future.
