Todo:

[x] Create new menu for make a kas submission
[x] Make an interactive options so the user only need to fill a few field, and just by tap tap tap
[x] Make sure the user is registered, otherwise, make an error page and tell "Please register your account to admin"
[x] Save the user into localstorage after submit, and do a check for the next submit so the user don't need to re-enter everything
[ ] Handle every error possibility
[x] Make sure there is good file upload system (upload the file to APi first to get the url)

restore stash/lanjut dev
kalo ada conflict, resolve sesuai conflict

Kalo tasknya terlalu berat, aku rencananya bakal pecahin perbagian, karena contoh diatas, itu sampe 2.7k baris kode buat implementasi issue ini. Balikin ke Emphatize aja kalo setuju.

add submission page
add submission context and custom hook in submission page
add the uploaded image to the proof of payment upload form and a good file upload system
quick note to speed up note filling
add global component dialog and custom hook dialog.
the add global component button and the addition of the image downloader utils
user search dialog to search for users registered with admin and fill in the fields, you can use npm and the registered name.
add handle every error possibility new package:
notistack are used to provide error, warning, and success notifications.
