Improve sensitivity interface #580

What does this PR do?

  1. Simplify the sensitivity interface to make it easier to use.
  2. Add several tooltips and popovers to explain what sensitivity is and how the interface works.
  3. Includes bug fixes for the hotfilp attack method and the out-of-data trafilatura package version.
