OGL is for content - the code is licensed under MIT and given a Crown Copyright. All Government written content should be licensed under OGL: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/information-management/re-using-public-sector-information/uk-government-licensing-framework/open-government-licence/

A funny one - the code is largely what is on the Gov uk site but ported across to React and tinkered with / extended for our purposes - does it still sit within the MIT licensing?
