Needs to be moved below the black bar (like the following screenshot).

Looking at the guidance we also need the blue bar.

@Koded - does this mean it will only appear on the "Govuk" styled pages rather than the ones with the large solid hero area? I might need to make an inverse version if this is the case screen shot 2018-04-26 at 12 05 43

Hi @enginehouse the blue bar needs to be at the top - can you get this in ok?
