pushOutputToQueryServer function added to backend. fixes #12 ec25a7d

Timezone information, query number, the matching Plug-in ID (attacker) and number of matches (flows) should be passed to QS by pushOutputToQueryServer function. Timezone info can be get from the NfSen configuration file.
