GPD installation requires modifications as PCL library has recent changes that affects GPD installation:

[x] Docker add to sudo group link: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/linux-postinstall/
- [x] sudo groupadd docker , sudo usermod -aG docker $USER , newgrp docker
[x] Docker load instead of building dockerfile (for now)
[ ] Need to get a common storage for conq projects
