Remove many dependencies to reduce compile time #76

Removed OrdinaryDiffEq, DiffEqBase, DiffEqCallbacks, StaticArrays, and SpecialFunctions as dependencies in order to reduce the time from using HallThruster to simulation results from 90 seconds to 3 seconds
