Keeping figures in Rmd when pushing to github #12

Hi everyone,

I am having some trouble keeping my figures in my rmarkdown file after I push it to github. When I open it from my computer (PC), it opens fine with the images, but when I open it in github, I no longer see the figures in the markdown file, and they are just contained in the figure folder. To note, I am using the print(figure) function currently.

Any ideas?

It has been brought to my attention that the figures are kept within the markdown file, and not in the rmarkdown file. Thanks!
